The brief was to complete the Sydney Property Development Project Marketing for Mt Lewis Estate, presented to COG Digital by Elders Bankstown. The digital components of the project featured a website that would be developed with a CMS, built on the WordPress platform, and a full round of CGI imagery that showacsed each individual property and the broader estate.
Mt Lewis Estate is contemporary in style, with references to traditional architecture such as exposed exterior brickwork and a pitched roofs. The boutique community encompasses 88 wonderfully generous three and four-bedroom houses designed to achieve perfectly functioning layouts.

In summary the projects needed to deliver the entire estate to a western Sydney audience, which included website, logo, brand identity, printed marketing collateral, signage and event branding, CGI imagery and architectural schematics.
